The four-year-old pup, Daisy, had always been known for her adorable appearance and affectionate personality. But recently, she became known for something far more remarkable.
She became a hero.
A few days ago, Daisy’s owner, Michael Carter, was relaxing in his living room watching television when the little dog suddenly began acting strangely. She paced back and forth near the apartment door, scratching at it repeatedly and refusing to settle down. It was unusual behavior for a dog who normally remained calm and content indoors.
Concerned, Michael opened the door and checked the hallway.
