Mintu was a beautiful little dog with fluffy white-and-golden fur.
Everyone who saw him loved his bright eyes and cheerful personality. He loved chasing toys around the house, wagging his tail, and following people from room to room.
To Mintu, every day was filled with excitement.
One sunny afternoon, Mintu was playing with a small rubber ball inside the house.
He ran across the living room.
Jumped onto the rug.
Then chased the ball again.
His tiny paws tapped rapidly against the floor as he happily played by himself.
The ball suddenly bounced in an unexpected direction.
Mintu ran after it without thinking.
A second later, he accidentally bumped into a wooden table.

A beautiful flower vase sitting on top wobbled.
Then crashed onto the floor.
The sound echoed throughout the house.
The vase shattered into dozens of pieces.
Mintu immediately froze.
His ears dropped.
His tail stopped wagging.
He didn’t understand what had happened.
He only knew something was wrong.
Moments later, an angry man rushed into the room.
His face darkened when he saw the broken vase.
The frightened dog lowered his head and slowly backed away.
As if trying to apologize.
As if trying to explain that it had been an accident.
But accidents sometimes meet anger.
The man shouted loudly.
Mintu trembled.
His body pressed against the wall.
His eyes filled with fear.
Instead of receiving comfort, the little dog found himself pushed out of the house.
The door slammed shut behind him.
The frightened puppy stumbled onto the street.
During the chaos, he had been hurt.
One of his ears was scraped and bleeding.
His body ached.
He tried to stand tall.
Tried to walk away.
But his legs shook beneath him.
After only a few steps, he collapsed onto the roadside.
The world seemed blurry.
Cars passed.
People walked by.
The little white-and-golden dog lay quietly on the pavement.
His injured ear stained part of his fluffy fur.
Still, whenever footsteps approached, he looked up hopefully.
As if waiting for someone to show kindness.
Hours later, a young woman returning home noticed him.
She immediately stopped.

The sight broke her heart.
The tiny dog was exhausted.
Hungry.
Frightened.
And clearly injured.
Yet when she knelt beside him, Mintu gently wagged his tail.
Even after everything.
Even after being abandoned.
He still trusted people.
The woman carefully wrapped him in a blanket and carried him to a veterinary clinic.
Doctors treated his injuries and monitored him closely.
For several days, Mintu remained weak.
But he was finally safe.
Every day, the woman visited him.
She brought treats.
Soft toys.
And gentle words.
Slowly, Mintu began healing.
His appetite returned.
His tail wagged again.
His bright eyes sparkled with happiness once more.
Weeks later, the woman officially adopted him.
The first night in his new home, Mintu slept on a warm bed beside the couch.
For the first time in a long time, he wasn’t afraid.
No shouting.
No loneliness.
No fear.
Only love.
Today, Mintu spends his days running through a garden filled with flowers.
Sometimes he still chases balls a little too enthusiastically.
Sometimes he still bumps into things.
But nobody gets angry.
Instead, they laugh and hug him.
Because Mintu finally found a family that understood something important:
A broken vase can be replaced.
A loving heart cannot.
And from that day forward, the little white-and-golden dog never had to wonder whether he was loved again.
